Q: How far in advance should I set up my online registration?
- A: We typically recommend 4-6 months in advance is relatively safe, depending on the level. Give last year’s participants first crack at attending this year, then reach out to your entire audience and let them know registration has begun. Of course, we always urge organizations to err on the side of allowing registration too soon.
Q: Can we increase our price as it becomes closer to the date?
- A: Absolutely. In fact, we strongly encourage organizations to consider going this route. At all times you control the cost of the event and we encourage increasing price as much as 20% if the attendee wants to register on the day-of.
Q: How much does The Register Pros cost?
- A: $0 setup fee, $0 annually, $0 monthly fee, $5 per registrant + 5% of the overall event cost, this includes credit card processing fees
* fees apply to online registrations only, credit card processing fees are included in the price quoted. The system can also be used for manual (walk-up/other) registrations at no cost.

Q: What is the online store?
- A: The online store allows organizations to sell merchandise prior to their event. The attendee can either choose to have the merchandise mailed or pick it up at the event. This allows the organization an opportunity to sell MORE merchandise as they will now have multiple opportunities to buy, not just when walking up to register.
